POINT BREAK MAGAZINE PUBLICATION
In the fall semester of my second year, my typography class was challenged to create a unique word-mark from an original typeface and then create a publication identity from it. For my publication, I decided to create a surfing magazine in tribute to my father, whom surfing is his favorite sport. The goal of this assignment was to truly put our typography skills to the test and create a hierarchal balance with the different levels of type along with image, into multiple cohesive compositions.
